We are

looking for a dynamic and inspirational Corporate Area Sales Manager.

  • Provideleadership to the teams in your region ( - 20 reports)

  • Analyse thebusiness with helicopter view identifying areas for improvement and growth

  • Report in atimely manner

  • Set and analyseretail sales- and customer service objectives, track and evaluate results usingthe appropriate tools

  • Coach theRetail Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed their objectives byencouraging an entrepreneurial spirit and local ownership

  • Train &develop teams maximizing everyone’s talents

  • Collaboratewith Training team & Store Managers to ensure the highest level of customerservice

  • Ensure timeand resources are allocated strategically

  • Ensure thecorrect execution of the store management and HR procedures

  • Successfully manage new openings (incollaboration with partners

Qualifications

  • Digital-Minded

  • Innovative / out of the box thinker

  • High level of energy

  • Inspirational leader

  • Strong People Management experience

  • Retail Experience (must)

  • Previous experience as Area Manager, District Manager, Retail Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager is a big plus

  • Passionate about luxury goods, skincare, make-up, fragrances,...

  • Trilingual: Dutch - French - English

  • Strong analytics skills

  • Affinity with KPI management
