As a RewardSpecialist, you shape the way how ING wants to reward employees, both financialas non-financial recognition are at play. You help ING to be always a stepahead in reward practices and take great steps simplifying all applicablepolicies and procedures.

You willenable ING to be an employer of choice via the reward for all staff. 

 

Your keyresponsibilities

  • Working together in a highly professional teamsharing responsibilities linked to different reward elements such: AnnualCompensation Review, Flex Plan, Variable Reward, Non-financial Recognition etc

  • Apply conscious simplification efforts to allreward processes

  • Build strong links with global Performance &Reward philosophy and build bridges between Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • Actively think and reshape our offering in terms offinancial recognition and non-financial recognition

  • Responsibily of some key HR processes such as crossborder workers, promotions…

  • Managing complex projects and involving variousstakeholders

  • Evaluating our way of working with the aim tocontinuously improve

  • Ensuring an efficient communication via thedifferent channels and touch points mainly with the business and corporate HRfunctions

  • Managing the collaboration between the differentstakeholders, and colleagues in other teams with the aim to create even moreadded value to our customers

  • Understanding, challenging and being accountablefor respecting external regulation

  • Translating regulatory obligation in simple hasslefree HR-processes.

  • Turning regulatory constraints and obligations intoopportunities to delight employee experience

  • Bachelor/ Master degree, with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience
