As a RewardSpecialist, you shape the way how ING wants to reward employees, both financialas non-financial recognition are at play. You help ING to be always a stepahead in reward practices and take great steps simplifying all applicablepolicies and procedures.
You willenable ING to be an employer of choice via the reward for all staff.
Working together in a highly professional teamsharing responsibilities linked to different reward elements such: AnnualCompensation Review, Flex Plan, Variable Reward, Non-financial Recognition etc
Apply conscious simplification efforts to allreward processes
Build strong links with global Performance &Reward philosophy and build bridges between Belgium and the Netherlands.
Actively think and reshape our offering in terms offinancial recognition and non-financial recognition
Responsibily of some key HR processes such as crossborder workers, promotions…
Managing complex projects and involving variousstakeholders
Evaluating our way of working with the aim tocontinuously improve
Ensuring an efficient communication via thedifferent channels and touch points mainly with the business and corporate HRfunctions
Managing the collaboration between the differentstakeholders, and colleagues in other teams with the aim to create even moreadded value to our customers
Understanding, challenging and being accountablefor respecting external regulation
Translating regulatory obligation in simple hasslefree HR-processes.
Turning regulatory constraints and obligations intoopportunities to delight employee experience
