Product Owner - Customer Journey Expert for Customer Data

Your role & work environment
 

In this fast moving world of digitalization and financialtransactions all over the globe, it’s important that we provide our customerswith digital and user friendly processes and that the personal data of ourcustomers are well managed, up to date, protected and not accessible fornon-authorised people.  

 

You will be part of our crossborder Tribe Daily Banking within the product area “Customer Data” and you willprovide ING with full automated processes which are at the same time compliantwith the regulatory requirements related to the management of the personal dataof our customers, such as GDPR and PSD2.

 
Your key responsibilities
 

As aProduct Owner, manage the product backlog of your squad

  • Ensure the on time delivery of newcustomer journeys
  • Make sure that you and the colleaguesof your squad are working on the right priorities
  • Manage the impediments and dependenciesbetween squads and tribes
  • Be ambassador of the Agile way of workingwithin your squad and tribe
 

As aCustomer Journey Expert, be the customer’s voice

  • Gain profound understanding of themarket and regulatory needs in Customer Data and proactively work out solutions.You will keep ING ahead of the game
  • Be able to analyse an as-is situation,propose improvements and indicate a sense of urgency/priorities
  • Understand our functional and technicallandscape
 
Make the Agile world yours
  • Manage your stakeholders in terms ofexpectations, dependencies, buy-in and make sure the delivered solution fit thecustomers’ needs
  • Work together with your squad membershaving different expertise in order to make the change happen, with the supportof your Chapter Lead and Agile Coach

  • Be fluent in English as well as Frenchand/or Dutch
