As a Key

Account Manager, you will

  • be the main contactand coordinator internally and externally of our brands towards eachaccount.

  • implement and followup on the brands strategy, introduce new products and be responsiblefor the annual negotiations and follow-up on the terms.

  • take ownership overthe quarterly business reviews, follow-up on actions plans andmake sure the strategy is implemented correctly

  • collect and drive thetools to boost sales performance

  • follow upon reporting and analysis of brand performances at each account.



  • High energy anddrive

  • Knowledge of Dutch& English is a must – knowledge of French a plus

  • Team player who canwork efficiently in cooperation internally with all departmentsand externally towards several contacts at your accounts.

  • Listening skills

  • Committed and seekways to achieve goals despite unforeseen problems (strong problem-solvingskills).

  • Act as example withqualities as respect, helpfulness and cooperation.

  • Inspire and guide inorder to achieve success.

  • Open to feedback, newperspectives, continued learning and self-development

  • Sales experience (KAMexperience with preference) – within FMCG or Cosmetics

  • Results oriented

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Willing to travel (upto 40% traveling across the Belgium / The Netherlands)
