We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator.

The person holding this position is :

  • Responsible for the sales administration of the Core Brands.

  • Giving support to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Managers and Corporate Area Managers BeNeLux.

  • Working closely with our Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for preparing sales figures, checking and approving retail orders.

  • Responsible for monthly update of the retail sales, working closely with our Finance Department.

  • Responsible for preparing figures for monthly Finance meetings

Launch Management

  • Organizing the quarterly sales meetings in consultation with the Marketing Departments and the Sales Managers:

  • Sending out the invitations

  • Preparing and printing booklets for the field team (order forms, follow-up file of the launches,….)


  • Creating approval form and follow-up of commercial deals

  • Responsible for the external communication of price changes

  • Preparing Visit forms for international and VIP visits

  • Preparing budget meetings

  • Responsible for placing orders and making Purchase orders


  • Master’sdegree in business economics, science, engineering, ... or equivalent.

  • Knowledgeabout data warehouses and experience with reporting tools

  • Willing toget to know and understand business processes and associated reporting andanalysis needs.

  • Proactive,customer-oriented, organized, with a can-do attitude.

  • A criticalattitude with a high sense of accuracy and with due observance of deadlines.

  • Excellentcommunication skills (oral and written) are the key to translate requirementsinto (innovative) reporting with addedvalue

  • Mastery ofExcel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • VBA Macrofor Excel

  • SQLprogramming experience

  • Skill touse reporting and analytical skills to provide business support throughdata-driven feedback.

  • Able toplan and organize, estimate deadlines, prioritize workload and perform multipletasks simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines;

  • Verygood communication skills and the ability to quickly integrate into a team

  • Autonomous,rigorous, self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, flexible, calm
