Drive the marketing plan into a detailedanimation and promotional plan by Retailer, including product launches andspecial events and presents to retailers
Plan and monitors budget for promotional andTrade material and Follow up of trade budgets (coop)
Brief and monitors execution of all tradeactivities (timing, quality, cost) with retailers
Keeps aware of Retailer expectations andopportunities
Drives innovation and continuous improvementon Trade Marketing for the brand
Measures performance of Trade Marketingactions and strives for spend optimization
Works closely with the KAM and E-KAM, CAM’s tobenefit from latest best practices, in particular on Connectivity andDigital capability integration
Manage a product portfolio (two brands will beassigned to your scope) per retailer & door type
Build launch plans, adapting global plan tolocal plan and presents them to salesforce
Monitor product related visual assets andmaster data
Price setting according to regional and globalpolicies
Build volume forecasts per SKU, including allpromotional items.
Reconciliation between forecast and demandplanning.
Work closely with Supply Chain and DemandPlanning to monitor stocks
Monthly report and follow up of gross sales(with Demand planning & Finance)
Monthly report and follow up on retail sales(per retailer, per door, per key category, …)
Daily contact with EMEA including all EMEAreporting
Responsible for all Visual Merchandisingimplementation & monitoring
Full responsibility for new launchmerchandising such as brand planograms in collaboration withInternational, visual updates, module and shelf navigation updatesincluding forecast
Management of Merchandising & Capex budgetand responsible for keeping costs within allocated budget. Check monthly expendituresand explain variances vs budget.
Full responsibility for new door installationsand refurbishments from elaboration to installation in accordance withglobal brand guidelines with all stakeholders (International, retailers,shopfitters, salesforce, …)
Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset
Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English and French
3 to 5 years marketing experience in a consumer driven environment; preferably, this experience has been acquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry.
Analytical, autonomous team-player, excellent communication & presentation skills.
Result oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker
