We are currently recruiting

a Sales Support Coordinator.

The person holding

this position is :

  • Responsible for thesales administration of the Core Brands.

  • Giving support to theSales Support Manager, the Sales Managers and Corporate Area ManagersBeNeLux.

  • Working closely withour Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for preparing salesfigures, checking and approving retail orders.

  • Responsible for monthlyupdate of the retail sales, working closely with our Finance Department.

  • Responsible forpreparing figures for monthly Finance meetings

  • KPI & Dashboard creation

Launch Management

  • Organizing thequarterly sales meetings in consultation with the Marketing Departmentsand the Sales Managers:

  • Sendingout the invitations

  • Preparing and printingbooklets for the field team (order forms, follow-up file of thelaunches,….)


  • Creating approval formand follow-up of commercial deals

  • Responsible for theexternal communication of price changes

  • Preparingbudget meetings

  • Responsible forplacing orders and making Purchase orders


  • Master’s degree inbusiness economics, science, engineering, ... or equivalent.

  • Trilingual; Dutch, English,French

  • Knowledge about datawarehouses and experience with reporting tools

  • Willing to get to knowand understand business processes and associated reporting and analysisneeds.

  • Proactive,customer-oriented, organized, with a can-do attitude.

  • A critical attitude witha high sense of accuracy and with due observance of deadlines.

  • Excellentcommunication skills (oral and written) are the key to translaterequirements into (innovative) reporting with added value

  • Mastery of Excel andgood knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • VBA Macro for Excel

  • SQL programmingexperience

  • Skill to use reportingand analytical skills to provide business support through data-drivenfeedback.

  • Able to plan andorganize, estimate deadlines, prioritize workload and perform multipletasks simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines;

  • Very goodcommunication skills and the ability to quickly integrate into a team
