°Experience in Data Modelling
°Experience in an advisory role with corporate stakeholders
°Experience with Microsoft Excel and statistical packages (Python, R or others)
°A natural interest in Human Resources

°Support the business in the implementation of future workforce planning, co-design the process and perform analysis.
° Run HR analytics models and conduct data analysis
°Support the HR Consultants in building maturity on the field of analytics
°Communicate findings and recommendations in an easy way and influence leaders to take action
