Your skills

You’ve got what it takes to be a creative problem-solver, flexible planner, decision-maker and an all-encompassing voice of the customer. Your decisions are rooted in data, you are process-oriented, an approachable technical expert and have a proven track record in designing and executing successful customer experience initiatives.

  • Background in business management, communications or a related field 
  • Experience or familiarity working in an IT field or sector
  • Foundation in ICT infrastructure
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English 
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and driven to advance in delivery management
  • Integrity, detail-oriented, and customer-centric mindset
  • Analytical, driven to produce high-quality work and has balanced technical and business acumen
