We are always looking for intelligent, dynamic and  independent Students​  that would like to have their related internships or work on a weekly basis during college to learn more about operation of projects in our international organization.

We are looking for a smart, talented and highly motivated HR Associate to ensure business continuity on H R operations in our team at Sitecore. This assignment is for minimum 5 months  This assignment is for minimum 5 months for a minimum of 3 days per week . You will be onboarded in a well-organized global People Team guided by our knowledgeable EMEA HR associates, Generalist and Business Partners.

As an HR Associate, you are responsible for managing all HR requests of the team located in the offices in Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris. You are the go-to person for any HR related queries regarding p aycheck, benefits, health plans, time off and leave etc. You take care of all personnel administration and organize preparations for the payroll execution by the Finance Department.

Overall you will be responsible for all administrative tasks and executive actions within the entire lifecycle of the employees , ranging from the onboarding of new colleagues to administering employee changes to offboarding Employees in the system.

We require students to work a minimum of 24 hours per week (between Mon-Fri). You must be legally authorized to work in Belgium and be enrolled in a Belgian school.

Responsibilities

  • You will help to increase the efficiency and the improvement of the quality of the operation of the department
  • Answer day-to-day HR/admin inquiries (holidays, social documents, parental leave, luncheon vouchers, sickness, etc.).
  • Handle staff insurances (hospitalisation, work injuries, group insurance, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain HR files and records
  • Follow-up files & contracts with external HR vendors (Health Care providers, Work accident insurance, Social secretary, family allowances, etc.)
  • Update HR documents.
  • Perform discrete tasks as requested by the HR Business Partners, including support of individual projects, operations functions
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in hiring the best talent
  • Support the employee development and training coordination
  • You will give support to the People Operations Team, Talent Acquisition Team Communications Team and Payroll
  • You maintain a great collaboration with the Finance Team, IT and Global Workplace.
  • Qualifications

    Requirements

  • (in the final year of getting a) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ij Human Resources
  • You are trilingual (NL/ENG/FR)
  • Qualifications

  • You are discreet, honest and eager to learn
  • Ideally you have some relevant experience in a similar (student) job
  • Knowledgeable Office software (MS Office Suite)
  • Ideally you are trilingual (NL/ENG/FR) and you have strong communication skills (for EN both written and spoken)
  • You are proactive , flexible and you are able of taking initiative
  • You have strong organizational skills and you are comfortable working alone as well as in team
  • You are good in communication and contact with colleagues and must be able to work with all levels of employees in a collaborative manner
  • Consistently display confidence and ability to own tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information and operate with discretion when engaging in sensitive employee matters
