What you’ll do

Then our Fraud & Security Intelligence Division will keep you on the go. Learn SAS’ core technologies, begin to provide consulting services to clients, assist sales teams with revenue opportunities and gain the practical knowledge you need to achieve professional SAS certifications.

This role will give you the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of Financial Services projects across the region industries independently or with other team members. You have a natural curiosity for complex business questions and the drive to solve them, using the power of data through technology and analytical methodologies.

As a Financial Services Advisor, you will deliver technical and subject matter support for software pre-sales and post-sales activities primarily with financial services clients. As someone with technical acumen, you will be responsible for recommending and demonstrating the latest technologies and best practices to manage financial crimes risk. You will lead client workshops, develop and present software demonstrations, and recommended architectures. Some key

  • Support pre-sales teams and partners during proof-of-concepts and request for proposals.
  • Drive and prioritize product feature enhancements to meet market expectations
  • Continuously adapt to financial crimes risks, technologies, regulatory expectations, and emerging security risks
  • What we’re looking for

    Ideally you are about to complete or completed your studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics or similar field of study.


    Hopefully the classes that interested you at university were in the line of: Big Data Analytics, High-Performance Computing, Data Quality,Data Management, Business Intelligence,…

    Some other key points are:

  • Public speaking experience
  • Familiar with AML and fraud detection technology
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require (avg. 50-75%) 
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are ourand influence everything we do.
  • The nice to haves

  • Experience applying statistical methodologies to solve business problems traditional statistics, decision trees, neural networks, clustering, etc.)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and/or data warehousing/ETL software
  • Operational experience with wire or automated clearing house (ACH) systems
  • Experience with Entity Link Analysis
  • Experience with security and authentication technologies in electronic and mobile payments
