Your Profile

- Degree in engineering or studies with an accent on statistics, data analysis and project management
- Ownership / Determination / Positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Project Management skills
- Very good at Data visualisation / analysis / processing
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with PowerBi would be a very strong asset
- Clear verbal and written communication with Internal / External stakeholders

Team/division description
Unit Purchasing Engineering / Purchasing Division:
- Responsible for Supplier Safety/Quality/Delivery/Cost improvement and Production Preparation for new Projects

Your project
European Supplier Safety Performance Improvement
Purpose:
- To support collection of Safety Key Performance Indicators from TME Supplier base on a monthly basis.
- Achieve 90% Supplier Engagement in TME Safety initiative.
- To analyse the KPI data collected for errors, and communicate with individual suppliers to correct any errors
- To use various data analysis tools (Excel / PowerBi) to identify areas for safety improvement
- To visualise and present findings to TME management and plan/track Safety improvement activities with concern suppliers
- To prepare Monthly Supplier Safety Committee Meeting (SSC) and develop standard process to prepare SSC.
- To support the roll-out of an online Safety Portal, gather user feedback, and propose System improvement.
- To support collection of Safety Self-Assessment information through the Safety Portal, analyse results, present findings.
- To finally reflect on all activities and propose future direction for TME Supplier Safety Data collection / analysis.

Duration: 6 Months

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
