What does the internship involve?

PepsiCo Belux is looking for independent, enthusiastic and ambitious intern for the Marketing department, for a period of 6 months starting from August 2021 onwards in the Zaventem office.

You’ll act as a spider in the web between sales, category management and marketing. You will support the marketing teams in the creation and execution of the best marketing plans for various market-leading brands like: Pepsi Max, Looza, 7Up... During a marketing internship at PepsiCo you will gain experience in different marketing activities for specific brands within these categories and assist in for example the creation of tastings, demo’s, digital campaigns, shop floor campaigns and so on. This way, you get a lot of insight into the marketing and the day-to-day tasks of a marketing department in an FMCG environment.

Who are we looking for?

You are someone who:

  • Is a bachelor's or master's student or graduated oriented towards business/marketing.

  • Is passionate about brands, has the ability to think outside the box and always keeps the consumer in mind.

  • Wants to gain experience by being enrolled in day-to-day business of an international leading FMCG.

  • Is enthusiastic and able to bring ideas to life – good communication skills.

  • Takes initiative and is not afraid to start own projects (hands-on mentality).

  • Is good in project management & organized throughout the process.

  • Has worked in or is familiar with the Belgian Horeca/event scene.

  • Preferably has a driver’s license.

  • Has good knowledge of social media & digital marketing tools.

  • Is fluent in Dutch and English , French is a plus.
