For our Innovation & Continuous Improvement Team (ICI Team) we are looking for a Scrum Master to help oversee the development, implementation and analysis of internal projects. The suitable candidate will be well versed in the Scrum framework and have extensive knowledge of project methodologies.We are looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Scrum Master who can efficiently coach and guide a team or individuals in Scrum. You are expected to work on several projects and be able to guide teams into continuously improving themselves and the product.ICI Team is a multi-disciplinary, self-steered team with a direct reporting line to the COO.

Missions of the Team

Product Development;

Processes Digitalization & Optimization, including artificial intelligence & data analytics;

Customer centricity initiatives;

Project Management methodologies;

Handling of the whole projects portfolio of the company (prioritization, reporting, ….);

Optimization of existing services;

Exploration of innovative ideas relating to today's and tomorrow's challenges.

Provide advice and training about project methodologies;

Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

Specific Tasks within the Team

Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements

Coordinate project team members in Scrum

Gather feedback from end users

Plan and oversee projects as Scrum Master

Provide advice and training about project methodologies

Requirements

Certified and/or experienced Scrum Master

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is a must: Agile principles, Kanban methods, Design Thinking Methodology, Feedback/Feedforward, Five dysfunctions of a team

Knowledge of following Tools is nice to have: Odoo (Project Management, Ticketing…), Excel, The world of insurance
