    DECATHLON Belgium Data & AI service team is looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join a growing-up team to support the company's ambition in the digital transformation and expansion towards a sports platform with a worldwide scope. You will be working under guidance and closely with the business to deliver AI based projects. You will be exposed to multiple cloud environments, advanced web and data engineering/analytics tools.

    YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

    As a junior data scientist, you’ll be focusing in:
  • Processing, analysis and interpretation of data from customer services, including text data.
  • Help deploy modern AI conversational solutions 
  • Optimization of human-machine interactions

    WHOARE YOU?

    As a junior data scientist, you have: 

  • A master degree in data science related discipline, with knowledge of natural language processing. 
  • Sound knowledge and experience in modern programming tools
  • Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment (GitHub, development norms, Code Review, Pair programming). 
  • Demonstrated a good communication capacity, self-motivated with a good degree of autonomy, team spirit and knowledge sharing quality. 
  • A passion about sports. 
  • You communicate well in Fr/Nl and fluent in English
