Now, to support our Corporate Credit Risk Division in the credit collection activities, we are looking for Junior Legal Counsel. 

• As a member of the Corporate Credit Risk Division, you will ensure that the recovery targets for disputed credits are met by seeking the best formula for recovering credits through either mediation or legal channels.
• You will ensure that the most appropriate safeguards for the company's business are maintained.
• You will participate in the drafting and/or control of the legal documents drawn up by the bank and ensure that the guarantees taken in favour of the company are perfectly formalization of the guarantees taken in favour of the company.
• You will maintain permanent contact with our external lawyers.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Master's degree in law with a commercial orientation.
• You have strong organisational and structuring skills.
• You have a good command of Google suite.
• You are bilingual in English and French or Dutch.
• Experience in the banking sector is an asset.
