Description:

  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the expansion of our commercial network in Belgium
  • You will do this by pursuing various targets and building relationships with various partners and candidates, both by phone and on-site at the customers. In other words, a 360° sales role
  • You will help negotiate contracts
  • You take care of salary negotiations with candidates and clients; you are responsible for making the right match
  • You follow a thorough in-house training in order to belong to the group of best consultants on the market

Profile:

  • Ideally, you already have experience in sales
  • You are fluent in English, French, Dutch or German are assets
  • You have a sales mentality
  • You have an unlimited amount of energy & drive to become successful
  • The words competition, drive, targets are familiar to you
