Currently, Hudson Benelux is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager. Our client is a multinational corporation and a leading player in specialty plant nutrition. Description du poste

  • In your role as a Junior Business Development Manager, you fulfil a key role in supporting the Sales Director Middle East, Africa & Asia on a daily basis.
  • You are the first point of contact for the different Sales Managers in Middle East, Africa and Asia where you handle their requests and solve day-to-day issues in the absence of the Sales Director.
  • You are in charge of forecast & budget reporting in which you ensure a close follow-up of different departments within the internal organisation (Purchase, Sales Coordination, HQ,..).
  • You perform economic and financial analysis of key customers in order to estimate the solvability of projects and you liaise and cooperate regularly with Sales Management to follow-up on cross-regional key accounts.
  • You support the Sales Director in project and cost analysis and keep close contact with Sales Managers in the different regions. You handle questions regarding compliance & audit requirements and execute the necessary research in order to comply and take on projects for clients.
  • You are in charge of product management of certain products or product ranges and support Sales with pricing, in close coordination with the Sales director and other department directors. 
  • You take on a supporting role in the preparation and coordination of sales & budget meetings.
  • You report directly to the Sales Director Middle East, Africa & Asia.

  • You have a Master degree in agriculture, economic and/or marketing studies.
  • You demonstrate a high level of flexibility and are able to fit in a dynamic organisation determined by an agile environment.
  • You show strong analytical skills and consider yourself to be precise and accurate
  • You adopt a pragmatic personality, express yourself fluently and always strive to achieve the best results.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish and French is considered a plus.
