Customer relations officer à Antwerpen

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Team on a permanent basis, who will take care of the Northern Europe markets. Description du poste

  • Execute customer contracts, order handling, invoicing and export documentation, support claim handling, monitor customer stocks, support forecast process, provide product info, sampling and trial handling, monitor customer payment behavior together with Finance & Control
  • Assist sales in enquiry handling and support sales with market, product and customer information, check allocations and to support sales with allocation process
  • Communication with customers, agents, service providers, ports and stocks
  • Promote the usage of e-tools, to participate in developing the ways of working, support and participate in other Supply Chain Specialist tasks

  • You have professional education with preferably minimum 1-3 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
  • You are fluent in English, other European languages like Italian, French, Dutch are a strong asset
  • You have selling skills, proactive approach and accuracy with numbers
  • You have knowledge of IT and e-business tools
  • You have customer and service-oriented mind-set with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • You have ability to work independently
  • You are flexible to adapt to different situations
