IT Service Desk Associate à Liège/Thuin

Description du poste

Your mission :
- In collaboration with your colleagues, you will ensure the permanence of the helpdesk
of the IT department
- You will be responsible for the morning and/or evening shifts
- You will provide support to end-users for PCs, servers, network access and the main applications, network access as well as the main applications of the company.
- You will work at the different sites of the group in Belgium with a
minimum of 1 or 2 days per week at the main site in Thuin.

Your profile:
- You have an affinity for ICT and good basic knowledge of
(Windows, Office suite, printers, scanners, working in networks, operation of
You have an affinity for ICT and a good basic knowledge of IT (Windows, Office suite, printers, scanners, networking, server operation, tablets and smartphones, ...).
- You are bilingual Dutch / French
- You are a rigorous and organised person
- You have a sense of responsibility and are able to take the initiative
- You are a good communicator and enjoy direct contact with users
- You are flexible when the workload warrants it
- You are a team player, sociable and willing to learn
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Exchange, Citrix or AS400 is an asset
- Knowledge of IT service management methods and techniques (ITIL)  is a plus.
- You will work under the supervision of the ICT Director and the Infrastructure / Help Desk Manager. infrastructure / help desk.
