Mercedes-Benz are searching for Customer Service Representatives at their Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht! The full time 24h service department organises roadside assistance for all customers. Services related to customer mobility are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Retail Services department supports technical and product related competencies for the CAC, Daimler and external parties. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

Wat wij vragen

  • BAC +Z or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in Customer Service ;
  • Working hours 40 hours a week, shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Higher vocational education
  • Native French or Dutch speaker
  • Fluent French (if Dutch)/ Fluent Dutch (if French)
  • Intermediate English (corporate language)
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in customer care
  • Good understanding of customer satisfaction
  • Team player
  • Open-minded to a diversity of cultures.
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes
  • You must be available for at least 1 year

Relocation Package :

Mercedes- Benz offer a lucrative relocation package of up to €5,000. You will also be reimbursed for first arrival, housing fee, moving cost (max €1,500 one time moving fee)

Contract and Training :

After accepting a 12 months contract there will be training for 1 whole month on the job. In addition there will be continuous product training.

Salary :

The salary for this position is based on a 35 hour week and amounts to € 1720 /month gross. In addition, a shift allowance based on actual hours is paid.
