Responsibilities:


  • Handling incoming calls
  • You are responsible for after-sales service issues
  • Ensuring that customer concerns and inquiries are dealt with adequately
  • Manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge

Votre profil

  • MBO
  • an experience in customer service is a plus
  • Who are we looking for?

  • You are fluent in French (C1)
  • You are a good english speakers
  • Good communication skills
