Mercedes-Benz are searching for Customer Service Representatives at their Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht! The perfect way to kickstart your international career, you will have the chance to work with over 25 different nationalities and act as a brand representative ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

The full time 24h service department organises roadside assistance for all customers. Services related to customer mobility are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Retail Services department supports technical and product related competencies for the CAC, Daimler and external parties. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

Votre profil

  • MBO
  • An experience in customer service is a plus
  • What we ask from you :

  • Working hours 35 hours a week, shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Higher vocational education
  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent English (corporate language)
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in customer care
  • Good understanding of customer satisfaction
  • Team player
  • Open-minded to a diversity of cultures.
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes
  • You must be available for at least 1 year
