H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. It’s all about the customer, right!

Today , Customer Service has around 1800 employees globally and has so far established 9 Customer Service Centers around the world.  In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we  take care of H&M’s customers  in 9 different countries and  in 5 different languages.

Work Description
As a Team Leader for the French market, your main responsibility is to lead a group of Customer Service Center Agents who help our customers with all their questions.

Your primary tasks will be to support and develop the agents, so they can offer the best service to our customers in an efficient way. To achieve this, you will hold development talks, give daily feedback and make sure that the other factors that involve our daily business are in balance (by checking the schedules, incoming traffic, dividing the tasks, etcetera).

You are part of the Team Leader team and report to the Center Operations Manager.

You live our values and you are fashion minded. We require native French and good English, both written and spoken. Good computer skills are also a must-have.
