Your role & work environment
As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) Private Banking & Wealth Management, your challenge is to empower and assist our clients to grow their wealth, realize their goals and ambitions by being their empathic sparring partner. Your main challenge will be to help the commercial teams to attract new clients and deepen the relationship with existing clients, surprising them with relevant content, expertise and best in class solutions to create a superior customer experience. Your success indicator is the overall customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities
  • You are the go to person for the Sales Management topics for the Private Banking segment
  • You roll out the Sales Strategy in a customer centric way, delighting our clients
  • You link continuously with the local commercial teams of ING Private Banking BE
  • You make the difference in an easy and personal way
  • You analyse client behavior to optimise the customer journey
  • You develop the ideal channel mix based on customer needs

  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • You have a master degree or are qualified with relevant experience
