H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. The customer is at the heart of everything we do. Today, Customer Service has around 1900 employees globally and has so far established 9 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 5 different languages. 

Work Description

As a Recruitment Responsible your main responsibility is to ensure that we have a quality recruitment process in our Customer Service Centre. Making sure we recruit in the most effective and efficient way possible, you will support and deliver key activities in relation to how we Attract, Source and Recruit in the Centre. You will do so in cooperation with another Recruitment Responsible. 

Also you:

  • Plan, support and facilitate Assessment Centre days as well as additional recruitment processes. 
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from posting job ads to screening, interviewing and delivering feedback to candidates whilst ensuring exceptional customer service throughout to give a positive candidate experience. 
  • Ensure that consistent use of recruitment systems, processes and policies apply to all candidates as well as ensuring that recruitment administration is carried out efficiently and accurately whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail working with confidential information. 
  • Support towards fulfilling recruitment goals and targets of the center, you analyze turnover and retention rates and make suggestions on how we can potentialize this. 
  • Have a clear understanding of key factors affecting our business and make recommendations for improvements, keeping up to date with external factors. 

Who are we looking for?

You are dedicated to finding the right candidates, have great communication skills and enthusiasm for customer service. You are driven by heavy workload and tight deadlines, can work independently and are a strong team player. You are keen to provide the best service and support. You have excellent planning and organizational skills. 

Also you have/are

  • A minimum of 1 year’s leadership experience 
  • A solid educational background and/or relevant experience in a Recruitment or HR capacity 
  • A native-Dutch speaker and fluent in English in speaking and writing.  
  • An excellent role model who lives up to the H&M values.
  • Experience in attracting, sourcing and recruiting through social media is a plus.
