H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. The customer is at the heart of everything we do. Today, Customer Service has around 1900 employees globally and has so far established 9 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 5 different languages.
As a Recruitment Responsible your main responsibility is to ensure that we have a quality recruitment process in our Customer Service Centre. Making sure we recruit in the most effective and efficient way possible, you will support and deliver key activities in relation to how we Attract, Source and Recruit in the Centre. You will do so in cooperation with another Recruitment Responsible.
Who are we looking for?
You are dedicated to finding the right candidates, have great communication skills and enthusiasm for customer service. You are driven by heavy workload and tight deadlines, can work independently and are a strong team player. You are keen to provide the best service and support. You have excellent planning and organizational skills.
