Your role & work environment
As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) for Insurance, it is your responsibility to ensure an efficient and customer-oriented flow as well an efficient harmonization of the processes between Belgium and the Netherlands taking all requirements and hazards into consideration.
Your key responsibilities
Supporting the sales of insurance within all client segments of ING, by using an omni-channel approach
Manage sales results & portfolio
Manage the collaboration between the different stakeholders, 3rd party relationships and colleagues in other teams with the aim to create even more added value to our customers
Manage insurance products and keep them up to date
Create innovative and effective commercial campaigns
Create effective insurance trainings for bankers
Ensuring seamless customer journeys that ensure the best possible online experience for our users from beginning to end and this by:
Maintaining product offer, services and processes in collaboration / co-creation with insurance partners
Continuously detecting new trends & solutions in the insurance market to improve products & services
Implementing the strategy taking ING’s priorities and customer’s expectations into consideration
Working together with colleagues having different expertise in self-steering teams
Gaining a profound understanding of the insurance market and our Customers
Evaluating our way of working with the aim to continuously improve
Helping to improve the quality of the ING’s communication via the different channels and touch points
Actively participating and, if necessary, taking initiatives to improve the collaboration between different stakeholders, and colleagues in other teams with the aim to create even more added value to our customers
Understand and apply business principles and external regulation
