Hardware Technician Cleanroom - Gradate Program
What yo will do

Do yo have a passion for technology and handson work? Throgh or Gradate Program, yo'll get the opportnity to start yor career in a hightech cleanroom environment, where learning, coaching, and growth are central. Yo'll learn on the job, side by side with experienced technicians, tool owners, and engineers, and play a key role in keeping or advanced cleanroom tools reliable, safe, and ready for innovation. The FAB cleanroom is the beating heart of or research institte, which is specialized in nano-electronics that develops technological soltions for ICT, healthcare, and energy applications.

As part of the gradate program, yo will gradally take on more responsibility while being spported by yor team:

Perform preventive maintenance and technical checks on eqipment, following checklists and procedres

Trobleshooting technical isses

Carry ot repairs

Register maintenance activities and observations accrately

Discss observations and findings with tool owners

Assist tool owners dring repairs and eqipment installations

Report completed work and improvement opportnities in a strctred way

To garantee continity of or operations and tools, yo will be working in a 4/7 shift system.

Week X: Yo will work the early shift from Monday to Friday.

Week X+1: Yo work the night shift from Monday to Friday.

Week X+: Yo work the late shift from Monday to Wednesday, on Thrsday and Friday yo have recperation and on Satrday and Snday yo work 1h.

Week X+3: From Monday to Wednesday yo have recperation and on Thrsday and Friday yo work in the late shift.

Yo wrap p yor 7th year specialization year, gradate degree or final professional bachelor's year in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electricity or Mechanics, or eqal by experience, with a strong interest in maintenance and technology.

Yo have interest in or first exposre to working in a cleanroom or controlled environment

Yo are not afraid to roll p yor sleeves and get down to bsiness.

Yo are passionate abot advanced technology and eqipment, with technical knowledge of pnematics, pmps, motors, electronics and (electro)mechanics.

Yo are Safetyminded, hands-on, have a great eye for detail and are a tre team player.

Yo have a continos improvement mindset - yo like making things better

Yo are comfortable working in an international environment where English is the professional langage.
