Help Build the Digital Experience for Our Distribution Partners

Are you interested in digital platforms, project management, marketing, and data? Do you enjoy bringing structure to projects and working with different teams to deliver practical results?

At Diversey, a Solenis Company, we're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Channel Marketing team and support several strategic digital initiatives, including our Distributor Portal and Product Syndication programs.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global B2B environment while working on projects that directly impact how we collaborate with distributors across Europe.

About the Role

As a Digital Channel Marketing Intern, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools that help our distributors access product information, marketing materials, and business resources more efficiently.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and external partners, gaining exposure to both project management and digital marketing activities.

What You'll Do

Digital Projects & Project Support

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of our Distributor Portal
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and progress tracking
• Work with different stakeholders to help ensure project milestones are achieved
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the Channel Marketing team

Product Data & Syndication

• Help structure and maintain product information within our Product Information Management (PIM) systems
• Support the sharing of product content and data with distributors
• Work extensively with Excel and digital tools to ensure product information is accurate and up to date
• Contribute to product syndication activities across multiple channels

Research & User Experience

• Research industry trends, distributor portals, and digital best practices
• Analyze competitor approaches and identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in user testing and collect feedback from stakeholders
• Help identify enhancements that improve the distributor experience

Content & Communication

• Support the creation and maintenance of content for the distributor portal
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues on digital communication initiatives
• Assist with internal and external stakeholder communication regarding project activities

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, project coordination, and technology
• Comfortable working with Excel and digital systems
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital platforms, CMS, PIM, or e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Additional European languages
