Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets while gaining hands-on management experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the coordination and supervision of bar/restaurant, banquet, and room service operations.
• Support the management team in ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between Food & Beverage departments.
• Contribute to maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supporting team members in their daily activities.
• Support the planning, organization, and administration of Food & Beverage operations.
• Participate in operational and strategic projects led by the F&B management team.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering processes, and stock control.
• Support cost control initiatives and contribute to budget monitoring activities.
• Help monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in handling guest feedback and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage products, materials, and operational procedures.
• Gain valuable experience in hospitality communication, leadership, and operational management.
