Internship in Digital Marketing

Description du poste

Context

As part of the Marketing & Communication team based in Brussels, you will keep our websites alive. Day after day, you publish and update the content that our clients, prospects and partners actually see: corporate pages, news and insights, fund and product information, campaigns and events.

You will work side by side with our digital team and with colleagues from Marketing, Communication, Compliance and IT, and you will be closely involved in the launch of our new website.

We are also rethinking how content gets published. A real part of your role is to work with AI-assisted publishing workflows, including MCP-based connections between our AI tools and our content systems, and to help us make them faster and more reliable. If you like the idea of learning a professional CMS and shaping the way a financial group publishes online, this internship is for you.

Your position

Web publishing and content management:
• Handle the daily publication and updating of content across the group's websites: corporate pages, news and insights, fund and product information, campaign and event pages.
• Prepare and format content for the web (text, images, video, documents and links) with an eye for consistency and quality.
• Work with AI-assisted publishing workflows to speed up and standardise content production, and help us improve them.
• Follow up on publication requests from internal teams and external partners, and track them through to completion.
• Support the build and the content migration of our new website, together with the digital team.
• Run quality checks before and after go-live: broken links, layout, mobile display, metadata and basic accessibility.
• Make small corrections in the CMS and, where needed, in basic HTML/CSS.
• Keep the publication planning and the documentation up to date.
• Build the recurring website reports for your marketing colleagues and for management: pull the figures together, point out what stands out, and suggest what we should do next.
• You report to the Digital Manager within the Marketing & Communication team and work closely with the digital and content colleagues who own the group's online presence.

Your profile

  • Student in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia, IT/Web development, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a CMS, or eager to learn one quickly.
  • You have already taken your first steps with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT Codex. That is a big plus for us.
  • Curious about how AI and MCP-based integrations can be applied to content and publishing workflows.
  • Structured and proactive: you plan your work, keep track of what is pending, and flag issues before they become problems.
  • Self-reliant and resourceful: you take ownership of your tasks, enjoy figuring things out and proactively look for solutions.
  • Curious about technology and digital tools, with an interest in AI, web publishing and content management systems.
  • Accurate and attentive to detail: you spot the typo and the broken link.
  • Fluent in English, with a good working knowledge of French or Dutch.
  • You have strong communication and teamwork abilities, and you can work independently when needed.
  • You have a positive attitude and can handle hard deadlines.
  • You are available full-time for a 6-month internship, starting January/February 2027
