About this vacancy

• Support the recruitment process for Life Sciences professionals, from vacancy creation and candidate sourcing to candidate follow-up.
• Help identify and attract talent through LinkedIn, job platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, review applications, and support the preparation and coordination of interviews.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

Location: Zaventem

Start date: Beginning of January 2027

Duration: Minimum 6 weeks

What we expect from you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; a good command of English is an asset.
• A strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
