Context

The Real Estate & Workplace Department leads strategic projects aimed at enhancing our corporate work environments and supporting the company's operational goals.

From workplace transformations to real estate initiatives, our team works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to support our project governance and coordination activities.

Your position

As a Project Management Intern, you will assist project managers in the planning, coordination and monitoring of real estate projects.

You will support the preparation of project charters, governance documents, project schedules and progress reports.

You will participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes (MoM), follow up on action plans and contribute to project communication.

You will also assist in tracking project milestones, risks and budgets while ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Your profile
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in project management and corporate real estate environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure information and prepare clear project documentation.
• Comfortable drafting project charters, meeting minutes (MoM) and presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in French; English and/or Dutch is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
