Description du poste
Cohabs is reimagining urban living by creating thoughtfully designed homes and services that make city life easier, richer and more connected. Today, we operate across nine cities, combining great spaces with a genuine sense of belonging.
As a Project & Coordination Intern, you will support our project teams in sourcing furniture and décor, coordinating suppliers and preparing our houses for delivery. Combining procurement, budget tracking, interior design and hands-on coordination, you will help turn our design vision into high-quality living spaces.
What you'll be doing:
- Procurement & Supplier Management: Source furniture, fixtures and décor, track orders and deliveries, compare supplier proposals and support commercial negotiations.
- Inventory & Budget Tracking: Monitor stock levels, coordinate reorders, track project expenditures and identify opportunities to optimize costs.
- On-Site Coordination: Support house installations and setup, coordinate suppliers and trades on-site, and ensure our quality and finishing standards are met.
- Interior Design & Styling: Contribute to the selection and styling of furniture and décor, ensuring each space reflects Cohabs' brand and design standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects and project teams, contributing to both project planning and hands-on execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify practical ways to improve procurement, logistics and coordination processes.
What we're looking for:
- Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Negotiation Skills: You enjoy working with suppliers, comparing offers and finding the best value for money.
- Analytical Mindset: You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an interest in budget management.
- Design Enthusiasm: You have a genuine interest in interior design and creating inspiring spaces.
- Languages: You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Digital Skills: You are comfortable using Google Workspace and eager to learn procurement tools.
- Organization & Agility: You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt between office-based tasks and on-site coordination.
- Ownership: You take initiative, are proactive and enjoy finding better ways to get things done.
If you're eager to combine design, procurement and project coordination while helping create exceptional urban living spaces, we'd love to hear from you!
